Registration and Accomodation

We are excited to welcome you in Hannover in 2024! After you are accepted to the conference, you may register for the conference via the links below.

We have negotiated special conference rates at hotels near the conference venue and in the city center. There are many ways to reach Hannover. Below you can read more about the travel options.

Registration will open after acceptance letters have been sent out.

The registration fee amounts to 90 EUR.

We are family-friendly

This year, we offer free professional child care during the conference together with the University's Office for Equal Opportunities. The child care is located close to the conference venue. Children between ages 0 to 12 are welcome! For more information, get in touch with us.

We have a conference partnership with many hotels in the surrounding area, all of which can be reached by foot or with public transportation. For more information regarding specific hotels, please visit our accommodations page.
